Over the weekend, the 19-year-old actress paled around with LOL director Lisa Azuelos.

“What a great weekend. Spending time with the fabulous LOL director Lisa ?” Miley tweeted.

LOL, out this Friday in select theaters, follows Lola (Cyrus) who is broken-hearted by her ex and she is surprised to find her best friend, Kyle (Douglas Booth), a musician in an up and coming rock band, could possibly be the love of her life.

Miley Cyrus shows off her shiny new World Wish Day Award in this new shot.

The 19-year-old actress/singer was recently honored with the very first award from Make-A-Wish for her “exceptional contributions to helping grant wishes to kids with life-threatening medical conditions.”

Over 13,800 wishes were granted across the country in the fiscal year 2011 of which more than 900 involved celebrities.

“For Make-A-Wish, celebrities are not simply promotional faces and voices – they are essential to fulfilling our wish-granting mission,” David A. Williams, president and chief executive officer of Make-A-Wish America shared in a statement. “This year we would like to honor a special celebrity who has gone above and beyond to create wish experiences that make life better for wish kids, families, and communities.”

Miley is also pictured at her Windsor Pilates studios on Wednesday afternoon (April 25).

Miley Cyrus covers up from the chill after a pilates session in Los Angeles on Tuesday (April 24).

The 19-year-old actress recently joined a few other celebrities like Justin Bieber for the World Wish Day’s PSA.

“I don’t think I’ve ever forgotten one of these kids,” Miley shares. “The way they make you feel…you’re doing something for them but the way that they’re so thankful and the way you’ve touched their lives, it means so much. It makes you want to keep doing it and keep meeting more kids.”

Miley adds, “It doesn’t take long but it changes everything that they feel and everything they’ve been going through. It really does help them get better.”

Last week, the 19-year-old actress tweeted about her slender frame being about going gluten-free, not because she’s anorexic.

Miley tweeted, “For everyone calling me anorexic I have a gluten and lactose allergy. It’s not about weight it’s about health. Gluten is crapppp anyway!”

But, before you follow her advice, be careful. A gluten-free diet isn’t for everyone, Mayo Clinic says.

While you can’t be allergic to gluten, you can be sensitive to it. Those who suffer from sensitivity have a condition called celiac disease or non-celiac gluten sensitivity and only about 1 percent of the population has it. Consult your physicians!
